Dr.Tanya Nagpal
Assistant Professor

Dr. Tanya Nagpal is working as Assistant Professor at Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. Her research areas include Human Resource Analytics, Leadership, Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources and Training and Development. She has published five research papers and four book chapters. She had participated in conferences at National and International level and received “Best Paper Award” in Dynamics of Financial Sector Reform organized by Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University on 4th July 2018. She has acted as a Resource Person in various faculty development programs such as Competency Mapping, Time Management, HR Analytics, Digital Skills and Human Resources and Behavioural Skills. She has a copyright on “HR Analytics for Data Driven Decision Making”.


Dr. Shikha Goyal

Dr. Shikha Goyal is currently working as Professor at Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab (India). Having extensive academic experience of 10+ years, she has served at various reputed institutes. She has been invited as a resource person in various Faculty Development Program in the areas of Case Based teaching, Teaching Pedagogy, Creative Thinking, Stress Management, Interpersonal Skills, Innovation in Classroom Assessment techniques. Leadership Skills, Life Skills for Delightful Life-Mindfulness, Research Methodology. She has been a resource person in Management Development Program in various companies in the areas of Mindfulness Happitude, Happitude, Mindful Communication, Change Management. As a researcher, she has presented 8 research papers in National & International Seminars and Conferences. She has published 20 research papers in reputed Journals and 2 book chapters in international book. As a Management Consultant, she has been providing Consultancy to different companies in designing KRA &KPI and designing Talent Acquisition strategy.
